2003 Reed B-50 Trailer Mounted Line Pump with 2039 hours Comes with Pump Boss Radio Remote. Ready to use.
We have gone through this pump inch by inch and fixed every little item on it. Here is a list
New shoes and complete backing plates for the brakes, seals and adjust wheel bearings.
All lights operational
New hydraulic oil and return filter plus cleaned tank and suction filters. We also flushed out hydraulic drive cylinders with fresh clean oil.
New engine oil, filter and air filter. Replaced fuel return lines load test battery, check fuel tank for contamination (NONE).
All control panel functions working with proper safety decals.
New hoppers grate rubbers and pivots
New concrete pistons, wear bands and oil in the water box.
Wear plate and wear ring reground true and installed new back up ring for wear ring.
New outlet and shaft seals for S-tube
Installed new pins and bushings on S-Tube throw cylinder and checked all greasing functions.
Flow test main pump for operation (Excellent)
Removed and serviced alternator and starter
Checked and cleaned all electrical connections.

At 2400 hours we recommend that a regular service on done on the pump and every 350-400 hours after that.
