2003 Reed B-50 Trailer Mounted Line Pump with 2039 hours Comes with Pump Boss Radio Remote. Ready to use.

We have gone through this pump inch by inch and fixed every little item on it. Here is a list

New shoes and complete backing plates for the brakes, seals and adjust wheel bearings.

All lights operational

New hydraulic oil and return filter plus cleaned tank and suction filters. We also flushed out hydraulic drive cylinders with fresh clean oil.

New engine oil, filter and air filter. Replaced fuel return lines load test battery, check fuel tank for contamination (NONE).

All control panel functions working with proper safety decals.

New hoppers grate rubbers and pivots

New concrete pistons, wear bands and oil in the water box.

Wear plate and wear ring reground true and installed new back up ring for wear ring.

New outlet and shaft seals for S-tube

Installed new pins and bushings on S-Tube throw cylinder and checked all greasing functions.

Flow test main pump for operation (Excellent)

Removed and serviced alternator and starter

Checked and cleaned all electrical connections.

At 2400 hours we recommend that a regular service on done on the pump and every 350-400 hours after that.

This 2000 B-30 line pump has oil and filters and piston heads change every 250 hours. Hydraulic System serviced twice a year. Trailer brakes and tires in excellent shape. No hydraulic leaks or operational difficulties. Recent new wear components in hopper. No repairs required, turn-key ready.

32M Thomsen Boom Pump

This 32 meter Thomsen pump unit is very well maintained. In July of 2001 all the hydraulics were rebuilt. A Stieble PTO box conversion kit and new electrical box and wiring were in stalled in April of 2006. Boom inspection in January 2008. In October of 2006 a new DT466 motor was installed (300 hours). This pump is still used daily and has several spare parts included. Truck is a 1981 International 1700. Front Tires 30% wear, rears 40%. A rating of 9 of 10 is set by the owner. Open to offers.

This 1990 32 meter Putzmiester will not last at this price. Completely gone through by Canusa Equipment. Truck Mack 300 HP 9 speed has new brakes and tires all around. New PTO Box. New Boom Pipe. Hopper wear parts replaced. Complete service records from new with only one owner/operator. This unit was well maintained 6200 pump hours.
