2006 Reed B-50 Trailer Mounted Line Pump with 644 hours comes with Pump Boss Radio Remote, remixer and hydraulic out riggers.

We have gone through this pump and checked over every item on it. Here is a list

• Checked brakes, seals and new wheel bearings
• All the trailer lights are operating properly
• Filtered hydraulic oil and replaced return filter plus cleaned tank and suction filters
• Pressure test hydraulic drive cylinders.
• New engine oil, filter and air filter; check fuel tank for contamination (NONE)
• Load test battery
• All control panel functions working with proper safety decals
• New hopper grate rubber pivots
• New concrete pistons, wear bands and oil in the water box
• Wear plate and wear ring are like new.
• Checked all greasing points for S-Tube throw cylinder and outlet.
• Flow test main pump for operation (Excellent)
• Checked and cleaned all electrical connections
• Agitator hard surfaced.

*We recommend that a regular service on done on the pump and every 350-400 hours.

2005 Reed B-50 Trailer Mounted Line Pump with low hours comes with Pump Boss Radio Remote and hydraulic out riggers.

We have gone through this pump inch by inch and fixed every little item on it. Here is a list

 New shoes for the brakes, seals and new wheel bearings.

 New Tires (One had damage on inspection replaced both with new)

All the Trailer lights are operating properly.

New hydraulic oil and return filter plus cleaned tank and suction filters. We also flushed out hydraulic drive cylinders with fresh clean oil.

New engine oil, filter and air filter. Replaced battery, check fuel tank for contamination (NONE).

All control panel functions working with proper safety decals.

New hoppers grate rubbers and pivots

New concrete pistons, wear bands and oil in the water box.

Wear plate and wear ring like new 100% and installed new back up ring for wear ring.

New outlet and shaft seals for S-tube

Checked all greasing points for S-Tube throw cylinder.

Flow test main pump for operation (Excellent)

Removed and serviced alternator and starter.

Checked and cleaned all electrical connections.
